We soon realized that one way we could help guests feel connected was through food and drink. For us, catering has always been more than about feeding people – it’s about creating experiences and strengthening memories through shared meals.
Enter LE BOX by Thierry Isambert, our uniquely created delicious dining experiences in one box. Available for a variety of social happenings including at-home parties, private dinners, corporate events and both virtual and in-person galas alike, LE BOX features individually packaged, customized meals which can include casual fare like croissant sandwiches and gourmet salad, to elevated main dishes like Filet Mignon, New Zealand Lamb Loin Truffle Poulard, and Horseradish Crusted Sea Bass.
Clients need only to make a meal selection, and their orders will arrive at their door or event space in a beautifully branded package that holds fresh items that will remain delicious to the last sip or bite. We work with clients to curate menu selections based on the theme of the event and appropriate budget, so every box is in its own way one-of-a-kind.
A CURATED AFFAIR
Boxes for larger events can include a bottle of champagne or wine, a selection of canapés, a grazing platter and dessert, or even a full 3-course dinner depending on the style of event. Just like an in-person gala event, your ticket sales can be split into multiple tiers, with different menu selections for each. Those simply entertaining at home have the option to choose the exquisite L’Apero Box— complete with cured meats and fine cheeses from your choice of three different regions: Spain, Italy, and France —for a jovial happy hour guests won’t soon forget.
It is happiness found, in one perfect package.
