World Cuisine & FUSION MENUS AT THE BILTMORE HOTEL
Our world cuisine is served at events in many of South Florida’s most prominent hotels. For this spectacular 2-day catered wedding at the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, our team cooked up delectable Indian and fusion menus. Guests dined on traditional favorites like Malai Kofta, Butter Chicken Masala, Dal Makhani and Meat Kebabs with homemade naan, as well as fusion menu items, like Tandoori Lamb Chops with Quinoa Vada, Vegetable Jafrezi and Avocado Chutney. We’re excited to bring the unique dishes and diverse ingredients of worldwide fusion menus, such as Asian, Indian, European, South American and Caribbean, to South Florida events. MAGIC AT THE DUPONT BUILDING
The choice of unique, world-class venues is one of the many reasons why South Florida is a top destination for exceptional corporate events and luxury weddings. The Historic Alfred I. duPont Building is one such venue; the backdrop to many memorable events like this exquisite wedding on the Saturday before Valentine's day. The menu included multiple delectable dinner stations including Thierry's famous Dim Sum Station.
A DREAMY WEDDING AT THE MIAMI BEACH BOTANICAL GARDEN
With its lush, tropical plants, flowering trees and koi ponds, the Miami Beach Botanical Garden was the perfect setting for this romantic wedding. A foodie's dream, the lavish menu included a raw bar, ceviche station, salad bar, skewer station and a mouthwatering hot buffet with Brazilian Pichana Steak, Churrasco Argentinian Asado and more. The round, 36 inch butter cream wedding cake with mousseline passion fruit and passion fruit pulp ended the dining experience with a taste of the tropics.
