Grand Opening : Waterfront Sales Center

A new luxury condo development hosted the grand opening of their beautiful 2-story waterfront sales center in North Miami.  Our team managed full production and catering for two hundred guests, including top brokers and influencers, who enjoyed live music and an extraordinary acrobatic jet-pack show as the sun set over the bay.

The new condo will be built around the concept of a healthy lifestyle, so our cocktail menu included all organic, healthy options. The organic Wagu Beef Mini-Plates and Fresh Florida Lobster Mini-Plates were both popular. Mini-plates provide culinary creations that are as easy to hold as hors d’oeuvres but are closer to the size of an appetizer.


Telemundo with TOCA Events

Telemundo, the Spanish language media giant, a subsidiary of NBCUniversal and Comcast Corp, built a new studio exclusively for coverage of the Rio Olympics. We worked with TOCA EVENTS to cater the Brazilian themed Rio Olympics kick off celebration. The evening’s signature cocktail was a Mango Caipirinha. The menu featured authentic Brazilian fare such as Coxinha (Brazilian Chicken Croquettes) and Queijo de Coalho (traditional cheese from the Brazilian northeast region, presented as a pan-seared cube.)


Breakfast At The Wolfsonian

The iconic and historic Wolfsonian-FIU museum held a series of breakfast events attended by an influential group of community members from the art and financial world. The Wolfsonian curator and members of the Wolfson family also attended.

The curator presented the current exhibition: “Promising Paradise” – Cuban Allure, American Seduction, which can be seen by virtual tour here, however visit the museum to check it out, it’s worth seeing it in person!

The breakfast buffet, served in the stylish Museum Shop, included our famous Bubble Waffles with Hibiscus Syrup and an array of bite-sized gourmet breakfast delicacies such as mini quiches and mini bagels with smoked salmon and capers. Our individual fruit salads served in coconut halves were a big hit.


DCOTA Showroom Open House

A new showroom grand opening at the DCOTA involved a full production for an all-day open-house, including breakfast, lunch and an evening cocktail. About 200 design community influencers passed through the showroom. Lunch was a Mediterranean spread including  skewers and sauces, Tabouli, Orzo, Roasted peppers and Tzatziki. Passed drinks and hors d’oeuvres were enjoyed at cocktail hour.


Coast Shows

New World Center hosted the COAST SHOWS LLC trade show. Coast Shows LLC has been organizing fashion related trade shows for the past 10 years. Karen Bennett and Denise Carroll have been at the helm since its inception. Coast Shows gives new designers the opportunity to showcase and sell their merchandise to local buyers at public venues. The trade show culminated in a beautiful cocktail party on the New World Center’s rooftop.
