Every wedding is a “feature” in our opinion, but occasionally one of the beautiful weddings we cater gets picked up by an influential publication and it’s exciting to see these events receive the praise they deserve!

Seema & Sunny’s wedding was featured in several other publications in addition to Brides. The founders of the eternity rose company, Venus et Fleur, celebrated their wedding with three days of events starting with a Parisian-inspired Sangeet ceremony at Vizcaya, followed by the exquisite Sikh ceremony at the Biltmore Hotel and culminating with a lavish reception at the Historic Alfred I. Dupont Building where the decor was all about red roses. We catered all three celebrations on December 27th, 28th and 29th. Click here to see the feature in Brides.

2 Chainz and Kesha’s Wedding

Tauheed Epps (a.k.a. the artist, TV host, and restaurateur known as 2 Chainz) tied the knot with longtime love Kesha Ward in a stunning ceremony at the Versace Mansion followed by a late night celebration at the Temple House. Check out the feature in Vogue, here.

Recent Events

A week full of fun and creativity; we work hard, but love the challenge, the friends that are made along the way and the many beautiful moments, particularly at special celebrations such as important birthday milestones and baby or wedding showers.

Why not throw a decadent afternoon tea party to celebrate your birthday with 20 girlfriends? We love the idea, and the spread at this beautiful Miami Beach private residence was fabulous. We laid out Petit Fours, little sandwiches, mini quiches, macarons and pastries. This particular tea involved copious amounts of champagne too, and I can definitely relate to that! As Coco Chanel once said: "I only drink champagne on two occasions. When I am in love and when I am not," cheers I say!

Catering Miami - The Team Behind The Scenes - Chef Pâtissier Bruno Legros

Desserts, Petit Fours, Chocolates, Pastries, Cakes and Pièces Montées, ohmygosh, the delectable fragrance of these sweet treats baking in our kitchen brings back the best of childhood memories, like coming home from school to my mom’s freshly baked cookies, or spending Saturday afternoon making cakes with my grandmother. However, sorry mom and grandma, as wonderful as your baking was, French Chef Pâtissier, Bruno Legros, is in another league!

Recent Event Highlights: Weddings Galore & More!

There is never a dull day for caterers and event planners! A few weeks ago, large corporate events were keeping us very busy. Well, this week has seen a revival of romance with an array of fabulous weddings. There have been destination weddings for couples and their guests escaping the chilly northern states for a few days of sun, fun and love in our beautiful city, as well as stunning celebrations for local lovebirds.

Besides the weddings, there was a VIP breakfast at an Opa Locka airport hangar for potential buyers of a $22 million private jet. Last year they went to ...

As the exclusive caterer for The New World Center, Thierry Isambert Culinary and Event Design catered the New World Symphony Gala: 1000, celebrating its 28th anniversary and the important milestone of 1000 alumni. The 500 influential guests were surprised by 10 time grammy winner and NWS co-founder, Michael Tilson Thomas, joining Master of Ceremonies, Malcolm MacDowell on stage.

Phil & Orianne Collins' Little Dreams Foundation's 2nd Annual benefit Gala - Dreaming On The Beach

Thierry Isambert Culinary and Event Design catered the VIP cocktail and sit-down dinner for 400 guests at The Little Dreams Foundation 2nd Annual Benefit Gala, Dreaming On The Beach. For 16 years the foundation, founded by Phil and Orianna Collins, has been helping talented children with limited financial means achieve their dreams in the fields of arts, sports and music. The foundation uses all funds raised to support children, selected from around the world, with personalized training and professional mentors, giving them the opportunity to pursue their passion.

Catering The 8th Annual Vizcaya Preservation Luncheon (2016)

Thierry Isambert Culinary and Event Design produced and catered the 8th annual Vizcaya Preservation Luncheon on Tuesday February 25th.

Mingling in the shade of the majestic live oaks in the estate’s exquisite gardens, three hundred of Miami's most stylish denizens enjoyed a pre-lunch cocktail reception. Prosecco was in abundance, provided by sponsor Dall’Armellina Vineyard, and throughout the cocktail and luncheon, models showcased fashions from sponsor, Neiman Marcus.
