Thierry and Alina Isambert didn’t start with a grand kitchen or a fleet of trucks. Nope, just a love for good food, a strong work ethic, and a little bit of that French flair Thierry brought over from his roots in the Champagne region of France. Yes, the same Champagne region that’s known for its rolling vineyards and savoir-faire when it comes to celebrating.
