A ROYAL HALLOWEEN BIRTHDAY AT VIZCAYA / by Eric Monteiro

Vizcaya was lit up for Halloween with an epic birthday party that’s sure to remain a vivid memory for everyone present! Guests came dressed in the sumptuous costumes of 18th century France for this Marie-Antionette-themed bash catered and produced by our team.

With its majestic architecture and spectacular gardens on Biscayne Bay, Vizcaya was the perfect venue to party like royalty. The menu was fit for a queen and served in a way that guests could enjoy sumptuous food while mingling and celebrating.

Catering at Vizcaya for this birthday bash included: Champagne at the front entrance and butler passed hors d’oeuvres such as caviar on blinis, foie gras macarons and small bites of petit filet mignon. Instead of a seated dinner, mini plates were served from trays on Vizcaya’s East Terrace and featured an array of delectable portions of Saiko Miso Seabass, hazelnut crusted scallops, Wagyu beef and foie gras stuffed morels.

The main attraction on the dessert table in the courtyard was a three-tiered birthday cake surrounded by a selection of Thierry’s petit fours, assorted eclairs, macarons, key lime sables, mini pavlova cakes and more.

A royal time was had by all!
