Shabbat Dinner once a week adds up to 52 a year... why not call on some help for a few of those so you can relax a little and enjoy the celebration with family, friends and community?
Thierry Isambert Culinary and Event Design is often hired to cater Shabbat Dinners, from small, intimate family dinners to larger celebrations that include friends and neighbors.
We do receive requests for traditional fare such as Gefilte Fish and Matzoh Ball Soup, but more often than not, people want to peruse our wide selection of gourmet menu options for something a little different. For example, a recent Shabbat Dinner we catered included a refreshing starter of mixed organic greens tossed with almonds, dried cranberries and a balsamic vinaigrette, followed by a choice of delicious Chicken Milanese with Basil Risotto, Filet of Sesame Crusted Salmon marinated with sesame ginger sauce, Sliced Chateau of Beef topped with mushroom cap and horseradish pesto or Thierry's Famous Braised Short Ribs.
Dessert is always something to look forward to, and we offer dessert stations with an array of delicacies or Petit Fours to choose from. You can also opt for a more formal dessert served at the table.
We cater Hanukkah celebrations too, serving the best Jelly Donuts and traditional Potato Latkes with sour cream and homemade Apple sauce!
We can take care of everything, even for small, intimate family dinners. Whether you choose to decorate your dining room or go outside to dine by the pool, the garden or the waterfront, we manage things like renting a larger table and more chairs to accommodate everyone, or finding beautiful linens and table centerpieces.
