"Once Upon A Kitchen," the GR8 Group's brainchild, has once again raised the bar for luxury dining experiences, reinforcing its reputation as an unparalleled gastronomic event. Orchestrated by GR8, a leading international experience agency, this multi-layered sensorial experience took place on May 5th at a waterfront venue in Miami Beach, during Miami's Formula 1 weekend.
The event showcased a unique collaboration of global culinary masters, with each chef presenting a signature touch to the evening. Superstar Chef Massimo Bottura, renowned for his three-Michelin-starred Osteria Francescana in Modena, Italy, joined forces with Juan Manuel Barrientos of the Michelin-starred El Cielo, and Chef Bernardo Paladini, the premier chef of the Michelin-starred Torno Subito in Dubai. Together, they crafted a sublime menu that created ripples of delight amongst the attendees.
In addition to the star-studded chef lineup, innovative mixology was crafted by Alex Ott, whose vibrant creations further accentuated the taste buds of the guests. As the sun set, the evening was electrified with music as internationally renowned DJ Benny Benassi took over the decks.
The exclusive event hosted over 200 esteemed guests, including Miami Mayor Francis Suarez, entrepreneur Mav Carter, Formula 1 CEO Stefano Domenicali, athlete Lindsey Vonn, Greg Mafei, and Diego Osorio.
Thierry Isambert was called to provide top-tier logistical support. Our squad of in-house chefs assisted backstage with food preparation and plating. Moreover, our fully-equipped Miami commissary served as the hub for the celebrity chefs and their teams in the days leading up to the event, offering a space to prepare ingredients.
With the perfect blend of culinary finesse, world-class talent, and a breathtaking setting, "Once Upon A Kitchen 2023" curated by the GR8 Group, was a testament to the limitless possibilities of luxury dining experiences. This epicurean event brought the finest elements of the culinary world under one roof, creating an unforgettable gastronomic journey that left the attendees waiting for what next year's edition will bring.
