Needless to say, 2020 has been memorable, and the memories are not all sweet for most of us! However, there have been glimpses of joy and moments to celebrate like seeing two stunning weddings we catered this year (before Covid) get featured on Martha Stewart Weddings and The Knot. We’re thrilled to share these beautiful events in this blog post!

Ocean-Front Home in Delray Beach, Florida”
Lauren and Morgan grew up in Palm Beach County, met in new York, got engaged in San Francisco and chose the groom’s family’s historic beach-front home in Delray Beach, Florida for their wedding ceremony and reception. The couple planned their wedding from California, coordinating with their wedding planners for all the logistics for a stylish backyard wedding for 200 guests. For cocktail hour, a pianist played as guests enjoyed Champagne and an open bar. Passed appetizers included churrasco, miniature tuna tartare, pan-seared crab cakes, and goat cheese and watermelon cylinders.
For dinner, guests started with a salad topped with goat cheese and candied walnuts. Then, everyone had their choice of entrée: grilled vacio with avocado chimichurri, fish corvina papillote with fingerling potatoes, or vegetarian leek and eggplant potpie with warm tomato.
