A LA FRANCAISE
In these difficult times, Thierry made it possible for us to celebrate a milestone birthday as safely as possible. The chef and server wore a mask and shield the entire time they were in our home and made everyone feel comfortable.
Now to the important part! The hors d’oeuvres were delicious. We started with the arepas stuffed with chicken and avocado, crab cakes and sliders and everyone loved every bite. Danby, the server, made sure all glasses were full and that we got the party off to a good start.
Next, the main event, dinner. We started off with a burrata and tomato salad and the burrata had crystallized basil on it, amazing! Next, choice of Wagyu beef or Branzino and both entrees received rave reviews. My husband, who only eats meat well done was very happy with his dinner. To end the meal, I had a birthday cake and Thierry’s served petit fours alongside the cake. Everything was delicious and the best part, I was a guest at my party and got to enjoy my company.
