The Macallan hosted a formal dinner for 35 international influencers at the Supercar Rooms in Wynwood. The event featured a carefully curated whisky and dinner pairing, with a 4 course menu crafted by Thierry to pair with 4 different whiskies from the Macallan Masters Decanter Series.
As guests arrived at the Supercar Rooms in Miami’s art district, they enjoyed whisky cocktails, such as the Smoking Rosemary & Maple, and the Miami Whisky Sour, created by Libations by T.I. There was also a Charcuterie & Cheese Station in the courtyard and butler passed hors d’oeuvres.

One long table for 35 guests was set inside the Supercar Showroom. The menu featured a Pata Negra with Caviar, paired with The Macallan Rare Cask; A Smoked Scallop & Beef Tartare, paired with The Macallan Reflexion; A Lemon & Ginger Sorbet to clear the palate; A Vegan “Osso Buco,” paired with The Macallan No. 6; Venison Loin, paired with The Macallan M and the Charlotte Reveal for dessert.
