Closing a busy season called for a celebratory brunch for some of Miami’s busiest event planners. Participating vendors sponsoring the event went over and above to end the season on a high note with stunning displays of their expertise.
Illumene’s magnificent chandeliers transformed Thierry's warehouse and set the tone for a sumptuous brunch, while their glowing luminaries lined the red carpet, lighting the way for arriving guests.
Unearthed Vintage’s Thompson Farmhouse Tables were styled by Anthology. The decor featured beautiful country bouquets and decorative bohemian details in earthy tones enhanced with touches of blush and gold. The Circle Shelf from Unearthed Vintage displayed their cake stands laid with Thierry Isambert’s legendary Petit Fours and cakes from Earth & Sugar.
Guests were invited to enjoy Craft Cocktails from Libations, Thierry Isambert’s new craft cocktail division. The cocktail menu featured “Rosé All Day” and “I’m on a Cleanse,” signature recipes prepared with homemade elixirs and locally sourced ingredients.
Thierry Isambert’s team created a lavish spread that included traditional brunch items with a gourmet twist, such as Mini Smoked Salmon Bagels, Tea Sandwiches with Strawberry Goat Cheese & Balsamic Caviar, Ceviche, Watermelon Gazpacho and Mini Quiches. There was also more exotic fare such as an Indian Station with dipping sauces and a variety of Naan that was prepared on the spot by Chef Anthoni Doss Ramesh. Beef Tenderloin Medallions, Wahoo Togarashi and Seared Seasonal Vegetables were prepared to order by our uniformed chef.
