Galactic Nights - Launching Into The Future
For the second year in a row Thierry Isambert Culinary and Event Design catered this spectacular gala. 300 philanthropists, business leaders and youth advocates gathered to raise funds for a local charity with a mission to provide shelter and services for children in need. The venue was the Lou La Vie showroom, and guests rocked to tunes by DJ Laz while galactic dancers, a LED dancing robot and a psychic reader entertained.
Our menu featured a “Celestial Ceviche & Cosmic Crudo Bar” which showcased a neon ceviche! Other culinary attractions included our Translunar Teppanyaki Station serving Skirt Steak with Chimichurri and Truffle Wafu with Japaneses Style Mushroom Risotto amongst other sumptuous dinner options. We also offered Solar Sliders, Modern Kebabs and Rocket Risotto and Pasta, all named and styled to suit the galactic theme.

Prominent Real Estate Developer - Sales Center Grand Opening
A delicious and beautiful spread for a stunning grand opening! We supplied "Dishes of Italy" and a modern Italian feel in honor of the world renowned Italian architect who designed the building.
Passover
Thierry Isambert Culinary and Event Design offers traditional Jewish dinners and caters Bar and Bat Mitzvahs. This year we offered traditional Passover Seder menus for pick-up or delivery, and we also catered this Passover Dinner for 25 family members in a beautiful private home.
Cinco De Mayo
We broke out Thierry's "Taqueria" to celebrate Cinco De Mayo for the opening of the sales center for a new hotel construction. This hotel is part of a major international hotel chain and the location is simply incredible! Guests revelled in the gorgeous views of beautiful Sunny Isles beach, South Florida's "Riviera," while margaritas flowed and an authentic Mexican taco station, including abundant guacamole and handmade corn chips, was made available all afternoon.
