Thierry Isambert Culinary and Event Design catered the VIP cocktail and sit-down dinner for 400 guests at The Little Dreams Foundation's 2nd Annual Benefit Gala, Dreaming On The Beach. For 16 years, the foundation, founded by Phil and Orianne Collins, has been helping talented children, who have limited financial means, achieve their dreams in the fields of arts, sports and music. The Little Dreams Foundation uses all funds raised to support children, selected from around the world, with personalized training and professional mentors. This inspiring mission provides children with the opportunity to follow their passion for the arts under the guidance of mentors such as Phil Collins, Romero Britto, Natalie Cole, Lara Fabian and Tina Turner to name a few.

Friday night marked the first time Phil Collins has performed live since he announced his retirement 7 years ago. With the spotlight shining on him, Collins showed the audience he still has the magic that earned him 5 grammy awards and sold 100 million albums. He shared the stage with some of the immensely talented children who are being mentored by the foundation, along with Foreigner lead singer, Lou Gramm, 3 time Latin Grammy winner, Diego Torres, Spanish singer-songwriter, Alvaro Soler and renowned DJ and philanthropist, DJ Irie. Award winning musician, producer and a foundation board member, David Frangioni, directed the show.
