London’s Camden Market, the home of rock n roll, the Camden Lock and some of the best street food ever, was the theme for Chloe’s epic Bat Mitzvah celebration at the MAPS Backlot in Wynwood.

“In recent years vegan culture has asked more and more from chefs” says Michael Finizia, Thierry Isambert's executive chef. “Vegan menu planning commands precise attention to detail and brings elevated precision to every mouthwatering bite. Ingredients that would typically be camouflaged or used in a secondary role in non-vegan dishes, are the center of focus in a vegan plate,” he explains.

Social Miami kicked off the 2017-2018 social season with its 2nd Annual Behind the Magic Tablescape & Culinary Arts Showcase. Local event industry partners (designers, caterers, event planners, floral designers & rental companies) gathered at SoHo Studios in Wynwood to showcase what they all do best.

Thierry Isambert was awarded the "Ordre du Mérite Agricole" by the Ministry of France for his culinary excellence, business integrity and involvement in charitable events and philanthropic donations.

The beautiful Cruz Building is located on Commodore Plaza, in the heart of Coconut Grove, one of Miami’s most charming and popular neighborhoods.

Monte Carlo Yachts featured the MCY 80 at the Miami International Boat Show, 2017, kicking off the show with a cocktail reception as the sun went down.  Guests toured the yacht and enjoyed Champagne with homemade pastas and ceviche by Thierry Isambert Culinary and Event Design.
