The Deering Estate at Cutler exudes elegance and tranquility, its manicured lawns lined with royal palms, slope gently down from the lush, tree-covered entrance and historic houses, to the quiet waters of Biscayne Bay. Claudia and Jose took their vows on the waterfront, under an arbor that was exquisitely decorated by Petal Productions, featuring a continuous garland of dark greenery, Star of Bethlehem, and roses in tones of soft blush and warm ivory.
Staying cool is the rule in South Florida, and fresh fruit smoothies are a great way to maintain that beach body and chill out! Icy, refreshing, and healthy, the smoothie is the quintessential, guilt-free, go-to summer treat.

Closing a busy season called for a celebratory brunch for some of Miami’s busiest event planners. Participating vendors sponsoring the event went over and above to end the season on a high note with stunning displays of their expertise.
We were asked to design a menu that was plentiful and varied, so guests got to broaden their culinary horizons with our interactive food stations featuring cuisine from around the world!

Thierry Isambert's team operated the bars and food concession stands at Miami Fashion Week , a four day event packed with models, journalists, bloggers, fashionistas, and celebrities.
The event featured models showing beautiful gowns from Silvia Tcherassi’s Atelier and Macondo collections, and exquisite jewelry by Chantecler, an Italian company based in Capri since 1947. Chantecler founding family member and designer, Maria Elena Aprea, flew to Miami, bringing unique pieces chosen especially for the event.
Nathalia and Martin’s March wedding was beautifully styled by Adriana, right down to every detail. The mood was “Romantic-Industrial” - romantic, because the bride’s vintage-inspired lace dress was the epitome of bohemian romance, with a delicate, jeweled crown topping off her natural look. The freshly-picked country bouquets in tones of white and blush were also quintessentially romantic, while the MAPS Backlot in Wynwood offered a stunning Industrial backdrop.

The New World Center hosted the 6th annual Miami gala for the BrazilFoundation on January 14th. The 350 guests celebrated the 100 projects supported by the Miami chapter over the past 5 years, and the event raised $200,000.

Rustic farm tables decorated with country bouquets were set beneath a clear-top tent. The menu featured our interactive Teppanyaki Station and a chic Slider Bar. The Teppanyaki station is a great culinary experience because guests get to place their order directly with the chef and watch their dish being prepared.
We are pleased to announce that Thierry Isambert Culinary and Event Design is now the exclusive caterer at the Bass Museum of Art and we are very excited about what is in store for 2017.

A week full of fun and creativity; we work hard, but love the challenge, the friends that are made along the way and the many beautiful moments, particularly at special celebrations such as important birthday milestones and baby or wedding showers.
Why not throw a decadent afternoon tea party to celebrate your birthday with 20 girlfriends? We love the idea, and the spread at this beautiful Miami Beach private residence was fabulous. We laid out Petit Fours, little sandwiches, mini quiches, macarons and pastries. This particular tea involved copious amounts of champagne too, and I can definitely relate to that! As Coco Chanel once said: "I only drink champagne on two occasions. When I am in love and when I am not," cheers I say!
Desserts, Petit Fours, Chocolates, Pastries, Cakes and Pièces Montées, ohmygosh, the delectable fragrance of these sweet treats baking in our kitchen brings back the best of childhood memories, like coming home from school to my mom’s freshly baked cookies, or spending Saturday afternoon making cakes with my grandmother. However, sorry mom and grandma, as wonderful as your baking was, French Chef Pâtissier, Bruno Legros, is in another league!

The 500 influential guests were surprised by 10 time grammy winner and NWS co-founder, Michael Tilson Thomas, joining Master of Ceremonies, Malcolm MacDowell on stage.
Thierry Isambert Culinary and Event Design catered the VIP cocktail and sit-down dinner for 400 guests at The Little Dreams Foundation 2nd Annual Benefit Gala, Dreaming On The Beach. For 16 years the foundation, founded by Phil and Orianna Collins, has been helping talented children with limited financial means achieve their dreams in the fields of arts, sports and music. The foundation uses all funds raised to support children, selected from around the world, with personalized training and professional mentors, giving them the opportunity to pursue their passion.
Spring is almost here! Spring equinox is March 20th, but temperatures in South Florida are already perfect for catering brunch al fresco. Catering brunch at home means you can sip mimosas with friends by the pool while your children run around rather than being confined to a busy, crowded restaurant.
