What’s not to love about Galentine’s Day?! It’s one day to show your “gals” that you appreciate them; gather your girlfriends and celebrate friendship because, why not? It all started with an episode of “Parks and Recreation” in 2010 where the lead character, Leslie Knope, put it in a nutshell:
