Among Miami’s premier venues for corporate events, Ice Palace Studios stands out for its versatility and striking design. Recently, Thierry Isambert Culinary and Event Design provided a full-day dining experience for more than 500 attendees at a corporate conference hosted in this iconic space. From breakfast through evening cocktails, our team ensured that guests were energized, inspired, and delighted at every stage of the event.
Ice Palace Studios, Miami Event Venue
With its soaring ceilings, expansive indoor and outdoor areas, and sleek industrial design, Ice Palace Studios offers a stunning canvas for large-scale productions. Over the years, we’ve transformed this Miami event venue for prestigious occasions such as the Best Buddies annual gala, an exclusive NFL Super Bowl event, high-profile Miami Art Week celebrations, Bravo fan experiences, as well as luxury weddings and milestone birthdays such as this “voodoo lounge” themed celebration.
For this corporate event, our culinary presentation was as thoughtful as the menu itself. Many of the stations were designed by Max Isambert, featuring earthy, modern decor built inside plexiglass displays filled with moss and natural textures, creating a striking balance of organic and contemporary design.
Throughout the day, guests enjoyed a seamless flow of refreshments: breakfast offerings, fresh fruit, light snacks, and infused waters. At lunch, the experience came alive with a Floribbean Grill station, complete with CHURRASCARIA Vacio, Mango, Spicy + Traditional Chimichurri sauce and citrus-marinated chicken paired with yuca fries and Caribbean rice.
A Mediterranean station showcased shawarma, lamb kofta, and bright seasonal salads, while a dedicated sushi bar and Carnival Bowl station invited guests to customize their plates with fresh proteins, grains, and vibrant toppings.
To sweeten the afternoon, a Nitro Ice Cream station served vanilla, chocolate, and tropical sorbets with decadent toppings.
The day concluded with a lively networking cocktail, featuring passed hors d’oeuvres such as Cuban ham croquettes and cheese tequeños, paired with sparkling wine and local craft beers.
