When the pandemic turned everything upside down in 2020, Miami weddings and other highly anticipated events were canceled or postponed. But as it became apparent that we were to somehow adapt to a “new normal,” couples like Maggi & John decided to pick up where they left off but with a slightly different approach: they decided to keep the guest list extremely tight, with only immediate family members while extended family and friends joined on Zoom. “Thierry Isambert Culinary is the absolute best caterer that you could ever ask for! Our contact with them was Lisa Capre and I cannot say enough about the absolute professionalism that was shown by Lisa throughout the planning and execution of our lovely wedding! Because of Covid we had postponed the wedding twice but decided to go through with it with only some family members present - and the remainder on Zoom (along with friends). Lisa made the entire event not only painless, but more beautiful than I could have asked for! I am not one for the details of planning something like a wedding so i left everything in Lisa’s more-than-capable hands! She handled the food, the flowers, the “furniture” (tables, chairs etc), the photographer, etc etc etc. I did nothing the day of the wedding except enjoy myself! It was PERFECT! I could go on-and-on but, suffice it to say, you cannot go wrong using Thierry Isambert - and I will keep saying that to everyone I meet!
