For the second year running, our team produced Wine n Dine’s “NEW TASTE of South Beach” at the renowned Versace Mansion (Casa Casuarina) on Ocean Drive. The event is hosted by Chef JJ Johnson, “Young Chef on the Rise” according to the New York Times, and recipient of accolades such as features on the Forbes and Zagat 30 under 30 lists and Eater’s Young Guns (2014.) The event showcased a dynamic group of talented chefs and mixologists from around the US.

Guests, who were also on the beach for the South Beach Food & Wine Festival, got to sip Ketel Soda Cocktails poolside.Featured bartenders, Martin Guitierrez and Daniel Lovera, served the Ketel Casuarina, a custom cocktail made with a refreshing blend of Ketel One Family-Made Vodka, fresh grapefruit juice, and Pavan topped with soda and rosemary. Guests also got to enjoy an interactive cocktail experience as they customized their own Ketel Soda Cocktails at the colorful Ketel Market stand.

This exclusive event was a huge success and VIPs included actress, Dasha Polanco, who stars in the Netflix hit show, Orange is the New Black and The Assasination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story. Rapper & TV talk show host, Action Bronson was there, and so was celebrity chef, Alon Shaya.

Thierry Isambert Culinary and Event Design provided full production services including furniture rental and layout, staffing, cooking equipment and recipe prepping for the featured chefs. We provided similar production services for Chef JJ's 3 day pop up restaurant at the sacred Space in 2016, sponsored by VOX Media and Infiniti.
