We are pleased to announce that Thierry Isambert Culinary and Event Design is now the exclusive caterer at the Bass Museum of Art and we are very excited about what's in store for 2017. The new café at the Bass, due to open this Spring, will be operated by Thierry Isambert. The café will be open daily from 10 am to 5 pm, serving beverages, coffee, pastries, sweet treats and light lunches.
The BASS is currently completing extensive renovations due to be completed Spring 2017. The renovations include a redesigned interior and an additional 10,000 square feet, including 4 new exhibition galleries, the Café, expanded public spaces and a Creativity Center for education.
The new Bass will be a stunning venue for private social and corporate functions. We look forward to catering spectacular events in the various elegant event spaces that will open soon.
Architect, Arata Isozaki, who was architect for the preliminary expansion in 2001, is working with David Gauld for the $12 million expansion currently underway.
