Founders Park in Islamorada was the setting for the 28th Annual Bougainvillea Ball for Mariner's Hospital. Money raised this year is going towards the purchase of leading-edge patient beds.

Columns topped with cascading ferns, Ivory, white and gold table settings, and Grecian sculptures and artwork reflected the Mythical Greek theme. 

From the staff arriving in a convoy of buses to the managing of designated food prep stations, the logistics of catering a three-course, sit-down dinner plus hors d'oeuvres for 550 guests requires planning and precision. Let the pictures tell the story...
