Congratulations To Our Team Members, Tammi MacBean And Dillon Kilbourne, On Their Recent Graduation!

Dillon Kilbourne joined Thierry Isambert Culinary and Event Design over 4 years ago, originally filling the position of line cook. At the time, he held an AA degree in Culinary Arts & Food Science, and was enrolled in a bachelors program at Johnson and Wales University in North Miami. Dillon graduated in May 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in Food and Beverage Management, and was recently promoted to Sous Chef.
Tammi MacBean graduated Magna Cum Laude from FIU on May 10th, 2016, with a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, specializing in Event and Beverage Management. Tammi joined the team at Thierry Isambert Culinary and Event Design a year ago. Originally an intern, she now works as in-house coordinator, collaborating with everyone on the team and assisting event producers.
Tammi was born and raised in Port Elizabeth, a beautiful town on the west coast of South Africa. She became interested in event management at a young age because her own family had an event space on their farm in South Africa, and they rented it out for weddings and birthday parties.
